Privacy policy
Rhymebreak does not need an account or microphone. Your typed game answers stay in the game on your device.
Last updated: September 7, 2026.
What happens on your device
The game chooses prompts, checks words, measures tap timing, and synthesizes beats in your browser. It does not listen to your voice, transcribe speech, or upload recordings. Sound starts only when you start a game.
Optional anonymous play statistics
When statistics are enabled, we save visits, session starts, completions, exits, and share events. These records include mode, tempo, mix identifier, score where applicable, completed rounds, time, and a broad mobile or desktop category.
A random first-party session cookie groups activity during your browser session. It is not a named player account. The game does not save typed answers, email addresses, or advertising identifiers in these activity records. Scores are reported by the browser and are not independently verified.
Turn statistics off
Open the game, choose Privacy settings in the footer, and turn off “Share anonymous play statistics.” That preference is saved locally on this device. It stops future play statistics and does not remove records already saved. Gameplay remains available, and you can still send feedback.
Feedback you choose to send
When you submit Feedback, we save your rating, message, session identifier, game mode, broad device category, and submission time. Feedback is private to the site owner and is not published on the site. Please avoid sending names, contact details, or other sensitive information.
The feedback form reports whether saving succeeded. If it fails, you can retry. Use the same form for questions about these data practices or a specific feedback message; include enough non-sensitive detail to help identify the message.
Hosting and access
The website runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. The hosting provider may process normal request logs and use cookies for service operation and abuse protection. We do not sell game activity or feedback data and have not added an advertising network.
There is no public endpoint for reading player feedback or activity records. The site owner uses these records to identify problems and decide what to improve.
